NXTLXG is a modern coliving brand designed for the new generation of urban dwellers. Built around flexibility, shared experiences, and community-driven living, the brand aims to create spaces where residents can connect, collaborate, and feel at home. 

As a new entrant in the coliving and real estate space, NXTLXG needed a clear and distinctive identity to support its market entry. The engagement focused on developing a complete brand identity system that could articulate the brandโ€™s vision, resonate with a young and urban audience, and scale across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

The solution was a complete, scalable brand identity system designed to reflect NXTLXGโ€™s community-first and future-ready positioning.

1. Logo & Visual Identity

The NXTLXG logo blends modern living with a tech-inspired outlook. Its clean, geometric typography and bold โ€œXโ€ represent connection, intersecting paths, and shared journeys, the central ideas behind coliving. The minimal structure keeps the identity sleek and contemporary, while remaining approachable and lifestyle-focused.

2. Color System & Brand Patterns

A vibrant and versatile color palette was developed to reflect energy, inclusivity, and modern urban life. Brand patterns were derived from the logoโ€™s intersecting lines and geometric forms, extending the identity into dynamic visual elements. These patterns provide flexibility across applications, from digital interfaces to spatial branding and merchandise.

3. 3D Brand Visualizations

To bring the identity to life, we created 3D brand visualizations showcasing how the logo, colors, and patterns translate into real-world environments. These visualizations helped validate the system across signage, interiors, and branded spaces, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience.
